CHLP presents a conference at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick once or twice a year. This event is sponsored by the New Jersey State Bar Foundation and the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Education. It is open to the public and free of charge.
The Ann Klein Advocate Awards Dinner has been held each year since 1988 to honor Ann Klein, former Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Human Services, who was instrumental in establishing a community-based system of care for people with mental and physical disabilities.
